1 cup of evaporated milk

Ingredients

3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic cloves, chopped finely
½ red onion, chopped
2 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped
juice from 1/2 lime

Directions

Chopped all ingredients to the preferred consistency and combine in a bowl.

EASY SESAME HUMMUS

EASY SESAME HUMMUS

Ingredients

15 ounces garbanzo beans
3 tablespoons lemon juice
½ cup sesame seed
1 garlic clove

Directions

Put all ingredients including the reserved bean liquid and salt into a blender or food processor. Cover and blend at high speed. Stop occasionally to scrape sides. Continue until uniform consistency.

Spoon dip into serving dish.
Sprinkle with parsley.
